無免許運転で人身事故、長野の共産県議が辞職へ　免許更新を怠り

長野県ながのけん千曲市ちくまし内でで女性じょせい（21）を車くるまではねてはねて大おおけがけがを負おわせる事故じこを起おこした高村京子たかむらきょうこ県議けんぎ（69）=共産党きょうさんとう、7期き目め=が25日にち、県庁けんちょうで記者会見きしゃかいけんを開ひらき、免許証めんきょしょうの更新こうしんを怠おこたって無免許運転むめんきょうんてんだったことを明あきらかにした上うえで議員ぎいん辞職じしょくすることを表明ひょうめいした。高村県議けんぎは「被害者ひがいしゃの女性じょせいと家族かぞくに大変たいへん申もうし訳わけない」と謝罪しゃざいした。

千曲署ちくましょによると24日にち午前ごぜん、市道しどう交差点こうさてんの横断歩道おうだんほどうを歩あるいていた女性じょせいに高村たかむら県議けんぎが運転うんてんする乗用車じょうようしゃが衝突しょうとつ。女性じょせいは腰こしの骨ほねが折おれる大おおけがけがで入院にゅういんしたという。

高村たかむら県議けんぎは事故じこについて、歩行者ほこうしゃの女性じょせいを「認識にんしきしておらず、（衝突しょうとつの）瞬間しゅんかんに気づきづいた」と述のたべた。

無免許運転むめんきょうんてんは現場げんばで警察官けいさつかんに指摘してきされ、昨年さくねん3月がつで免許証めんきょしょうの有効期限ゆうこうきげんが切きれていることに気付きづいたという。「今年ことしの（誕生日たんじょうびに当あたる）2月がつで更新こうしんと思おもっていた」と釈明しゃくめいした。

事故当時とうじ、党とう県けん議団ぎだんの同僚どうりょうらと近郊きんこうの浄水場じょうすいじょうなどを視察しさつする途中とちゅうだったという。車くるまには毛利もうり栄子えいこ県けん議団ぎだん長ちょうが同乗どうじょうしていて、毛利もうり氏が消防しょうぼうや警察けいさつに通報つうほうした。

記者会見で高村県議たかむらけんぎは「県議けんぎにあるまじき重大じゅうだいなこと。（議員ぎいん活動かつどうを）このようなかたちかたちで閉じるとじることは本当ほんとうに申し訳もうしわけない」と話はなしした。26日にちに佐々木祥二ささきしょうじ県議会議長けんぎかいぎちょうに辞職じしょく届とどけを提出ていしゅつする。（清水大輔しみずだいすけ）
