月内げつないに政府せいふがまとめる経済対策けいざいたいさくに盛り込むもりこむ方針ほうしんの介護職かいごしょくらの賃上げちんあげについて、武見敬三たけみけいぞう厚生労働相こうせいろうどうしょうは19日にち、「（賃上げちんあげ額は月つき）6千せん円程度ていどが妥当だとう」との認識にんしきを示しめした。川崎市かわさきしの介護施設かいごしせつを視察しさつ後、記者団きしゃだんの質問しつもんに答こたえた。

介護かいご分野ぶんやでは、他た産業さんぎょうの相次あいつぐ賃上ちんあげによって人材じんざい流出りゅうしゅつが起おき、人手不足ひとでぶそくが深刻化しんこくかしている。今年ことしの春闘しゅんとうでは、全産業ぜんさんぎょう平均へいきんで3・6%の賃上ちんあげがあった一方いっぽう、介護かいごや医療いりょうなどの分野ぶんやでは1%台だいにとどまった。政府せいふは緊急きんきゅうの処遇しょぐう改善かいぜん策さくが必要ひつようと判断はんだんし、経済対策けいざいたいさくに介護職かいごしょくや看護補助者かんごほじょしゃの賃上ちんあげを盛もり込こむ方針ほうしん。月つき6千せん円引ひき上あげる案あんを軸じくに最終さいしゅう調整ちょうせいしている。

武見たけみ氏は、賃上ちんあげ幅について問とわれ、財政当局ざいせいとうきょくとも調整ちょうせいしているとしたうえで、「6千せん円程度ていどが妥当だとうな線せんになってくるのではないか」と発言はつげん。「本当ほんとうのことを言いえばもっと多おおいに越こしたことはない。通常つうじょうの労働者ろうどうしゃの平均へいきん賃金ちんぎんと同等どうとうになるように努力どりょくし続つづける」とも述のべた。
