渋沢しぶさわ栄一えいいちが描えがかれた1万円まんえん札発行はっこうを記念きねんし、飲食店いんしょくてんチェーン「山田やまだうどん食堂しょくどう」を運営うんえいする山田やまだ食品産業さんぎょう（本社ほんしゃ・埼玉県さいたまけん所沢市ところざわし）が「醬油しょうゆ（しょうゆしょうゆ）仕立てしたての鍋焼きなべやき煮ぼうとうにぼうとう」を発売はつばいする。埼玉県さいたまけんと連携れんけいした観光かんこうPR企画きかくの一環いっかんで、渋沢しぶさわの好物こうぶつだったという煮ぼうとうにぼうとうを期間きかん限定メニューめにゅーとして開発かいはつした。
