自民党裏金問題の議員処分　議員時代に還流受けた馳知事も対象？

自民党じみんとう派閥はばつの政治資金せいじしきんをめぐる裏金うらかね問題で、国会議員こっかいぎいん時代に還流かんりゅうを受うけていた石川県いしかわけんの馳浩はせひろ知事ちじは1日にち、党本部とうほんぶが4日にちにも関係かんけい議員ぎいんを処分しょぶんするとしたことについて、「私わたしも厳粛げんしゅくに受うけ止とめる必要ひつようがあると思おもう」「大変たいへん申もうし訳わけない」などと述のべた。

馳知事ちはちじによると、2018年ねんに100万まん円えん、19年ねんに118万まん円えん、20年ねんに272万まん円えん、21年ねん321万まん円えん、22年ねん8万まん円えんの計けい819万まん円えん還流かんりゅうを受うけた。いずれも政治資金せいじしきん収支しゅうし報告書ほうこくしょに記載きさいしておらず、謝罪しゃざいの上うえ、2月がつ7日にちに報告書ほうこくしょを修正しゅうせいしている。

党本部とうほんぶでは、処分しょぶん対象者たいしょうしゃについて、報告書ほうこくしょの不記載額ふきさいがくが500万まん円えん以上とし、裏金うらかね議員ぎいん80人にん余あまりのうち約やく40人にんを処分しょぶんする方向ほうこうで検討けんとうしている。知事ちじは現職げんしょくの自民党じみんとうの国会議員こっかいぎいんでないが、「国会議員こっかいぎいんになって以来いらいの自民党じみんとう員いん」としており、819万まん円えんの不記載ふきさい総額そうがくも500万まん円えんを超こえている。

この日ひの会見かいけんで、馳知事ちはちじ自身じしんの説明責任せつめいせきにんを朝日新聞あさひしんぶんが問とうたところ、「どういう立場たちばであろうとも、私わたしがこの事案じあんについて関わかかわっていたことは事実じじつであり、大変たいへん申もうし訳わけないと思おもっている」と述のべた。

知事ちじ自身じしん、処分しょぶんがなされる見通みとおしの議員ぎいんと同おなじ立場たちばではないかとの点てんについては、「処分しょぶん等々などなどについては、まず党とう本部ほんぶにおいて判断はんだんをされることで、私わたしからはちょっと申もうし上あげづらいなと思おもっている」と語かたった。

馳知事ちはちじは昨年さくねん12月がつ、この問題もんだいが浮上ふじょうした際さい、記者団きしゃだんに関連かんれんを問とわれ、「政治資金規正法せいじしきんきせいほうに基もとづいて適切てきせつに処理しょりをされていると認識にんしきしている」と関与かんよを否定ひていしていた。（土井良典どいよしのり）
