兵庫の混乱「知事も認識すべき」副知事は退職、理事は降格の異常事態

兵庫県ひょうごけんの斎藤さいとう元彦もとひこ知事ちじらが内部ないぶ告発こくはつされた問題もんだいをめぐり、「県政けんせいに停滞ていたいと混乱こんらんを招まねいた」として7月しちがつ末での辞職じしょくを表明ひょうめいしていた片山かたやま安孝やすたか副知事ふくちじが7月しちがつ31日にち、報道ほうどう陣の取材しゅざいに応じおうじた。
