柏崎刈羽原発かしわざきかりわげんぱつ（新潟県にいがたけん）の再稼働さいかどうを目指めざす東京電力とうきょうでんりょくについて、新潟県にいがたけんの花角はなずみ英世ひでよ知事は23日にちの定例ていれい記者会見きしゃかいけんで、「信頼しんらいが回復かいふくできるか、これから見極みきわめる」と述べた。これまでは「信頼しんらいは損そこなわれている」と厳きびしい姿勢しせいを見せみせてきたが、最近さいきんは変化へんかがみられみられる。
