文豪ら愛した「山の上ホテル」を明治大が取得　伝統ある外観は維持へ

三島みしま由紀夫ゆきおや川端かわばた康成やすなりら著名ちょめいな作家さっかたちに愛あいされたことでこと知らしられる「山やまの上うえホテルほてる」（東京都とうきょうと千代田区ちよだく）について、隣接りんせつする明治大学めいじだいがくが15日にち、土地とち建物たてものを取得しゅとくしたと発表はっぴょうした。外観がいかんは保たもったまま改修かいしゅう工事こうじをし、ホテルほてるの機能きのうも維持いじするという。

同大どうだいによると、2031年にせんさんじゅういちねんの創立そうりつ150ひゃくごじゅう周年に向けた記念きねん事業の一環いっかんで、ホテルほてる機能に加え、日本人にほんじん学生や外国人がいこくじん留学生の国際こくさい学生寮や社会人しゃかいじん講座などにも利用りようする方針ほうしんという。今後、建物たてもんの状況じょうきょうなどを詳しくくわしく調べ、工事こうじの時期じきを決めるきめる。同大どうだいの担当者たんとうしゃは「大学だいがくの新たあらたなシンボルしんぼるとして発信はっしんしていきたい」と話すはなす。
